My passion is helping students find balance and reduce stress through mindful, accessible yoga that supports the body, calms the nervous system, and nurtures overall well-being. Through intentional and thoughtful practice, I create a welcoming space where students can slow down, feel supported, and move toward greater well-being on and off the mat. I can integrate sound methods, such as singing bowls and chimes, to cultivate dep relaxation. Sessions are customized to help you reduce stress and cultivate balance and clarity in everyday life.
I offer a wide variety of yoga practices and styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, and Chair.
